Our Story

Founders, Dominic and Suzanne Fernandez have served millions of meals in their 20 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry.

Suzanne Michael Haute Cuisine and Events was born in 2004, offering clients impeccable five-star catering and later in 2008, they incorporated full event production for weddings and other celebrations.

Over the years, the 'Suzanne Michael' empire has expanded and now includes sister companies Super Muscle Foods, a healthy Paleo meal delivery service; NutriKids, a nutritious school lunch program (a division of PCG); and Phoenix Catering Group, an institutional catering service (onsite cafe and corporate catering).

The one constant among their versatile portfolio is their relentless pursuit to excellence to each customer, each meal, each and every time.
